The city of Lugansk is located in the East of Ukraine. The population is about .5 mil. inhabitants. The city has an International airport and a modern rail station. Leisure industry is primarily based on the amount of bars, restaurants, cafees and modern shops. Modern arts are exibited in local museums and by street artists where you can buy their works.
